FAQ
Can I use my credit with Mad Science to participate?
YES! Please give our office a call to apply any credits you may have to a current or future program.
+When do I pay?
Payment is required at the time of registration. Mad Science accepts checks or credit cards (over the phone, on the registration form or through our on-line registration system).
+The class has already started, can I still register?
If there is still space available in the class, you may late register by calling us at (916) 779-0390. Please note that we do not prorate the cost for missed classes and there is a $10 service charge for late registrations.
+What is your refund policy?
A refund will be made to any parent who withdraws a child prior to the start of the program. A $25.00 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Withdrawal after the start of the program is not subject to a refund. Refunds will not be issued for classes missed by the child.
+When and where do I pick up my child after class?
Parents must arrive promptly to sign out their children at the conclusion of class. A $60 per hour supervision fee will be charged in increments of 15 minutes if your child has not been picked up within 5 minutes of the class ending.
+My child has allergies, other medical concerns or a disability. Can he/she still participate and how does your staff handle students with special needs?
We welcome any and all students who have a passion for science and desire to participate in our programs. However, please note that our instructors are not trained to handle special needs. Additionally, our instructors are not certified to dispense medication and cannot administer medicine to students during the program.
